At SIMA’S CHILD CARE, we serve meals that are based on US Food Guide. Children are given two snacks: one in the morning and one in the afternoon, along with a hot meal at lunch time.

The hot lunch meal always includes milk and a variety of beef casseroles, chicken, turkey and tuna dishes served with noodles, rice or potatoes. We also serve salmon and tuna sandwiches, vegetarian quesadillas and vegetarian pizzas on pita bread. Our lunches also include fresh vegetables like broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, green peppers and frozen peas and corn.
Afternoon snack includes water with yogurt and fresh fruit, cheese and crackers, raw vegetables (baby carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, celery, cherry tomatoes with hummus dip), or a muffin and fresh fruit.
